• Custom domain configuration
• SSL certificate provisioning
• Deployment tools and APIs

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Host, distribute, or link to malicious content, malware, or viruses
• Engage in phishing, spamming, or fraudulent activities
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Distribute adult content, hate speech, or harassing material
• Mine cryptocurrency or engage in resource-intensive activities
• Conduct DDoS attacks or network abuse

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for violations of acceptable use.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to our services. By uploading content, you:

• Grant VinixHost a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, cache, and serve your content
• Warrant that you have the necessary rights to publish the content
• Are solely responsible for the content you publish

We do not claim ownership of your content, and these terms do not limit your rights to your content.

Free Tier: Our free tier is available without payment but may have limitations.

Paid Plans: For paid services, you agree to:

• Pay all fees charged for your selected plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method

All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We are required to do so by law
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may permanently delete your content after a 30-day grace period.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:
• The services will meet your specific requirements
• The services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results from using the services will be accurate or reliable

You use our services at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VinixHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
• Any content obtained from the services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
